Using the knowledge of competition in the sport as well as 4+ years of University level study about the human body I could create a program that could be utilised from rookies right through to the elite.

At 547 Sport Performance, we pride ourselves on setting ourselves apart from the masses of personal trainers constantly bombarding the industry with the next best training program. We don’t believe in the cookie cutter programs or the one program fits all models many trainers use to line their pockets. We want to see you getting the results you want without having to spend mindless hours in the gym or on the wind trainer.

Using our comprehensive pre-screening procedures, testing and questionnaires we can create a 100% customisable program to help you get the most bang for your buck. We apply the principles of peer reviewed sport and exercise journals to guide and structure the movements incorporated in the program. This means that these processes have been clinically and lab tested on hundreds of athletes with proven results that are scientifically accepted, recognised and published in strength and conditioning journals. This method ensures that you aren’t wasting your time being the guinea pig for some cowboy’s program that he has only tested on himself.

Our physiological aspect of the training incorporates the use of varying intensities and movements to better utilise your bodies energy systems to train smarter. For example, I am sure everyone has heard of arm pump. Arm pump is a cultivation of the bodies inability to utilise oxygen and rather using glucose stores. To combat this, we would swing the program to more cardiovascular structured components as well as the inclusion of our strength principles.

This means we are in the gym doing what you need to do to get to where you want to be physically and physiologically.

What's involved:

A complete training program covering everything from in the gym, on the bike, psychological and nutritional aspects of competition. This program is perfect for someone from any warp of life. As it is fully customisable we plan your weeks, working around study, work, family, competition or even wedding.

Motocross Training Program/ MX program

What's involved:

Our motocross training program is a completely personalised training program covering everything from in the gym, on the bike, psychological and nutritional aspects of competition.

This program is made specifically for the MX and Enduro athletes. Following discussions, we can tailor this program to yourself and your needs 100%. This can be bundled with 1-1 and group training for a discounted rate.

MTB Fitness Training - 8 week

What's involved:

As an athlete, we understand and respect that each sport requires its own specific set of skills required to be able to perform at the pinnacle. This consideration has been given to our MTB fitness program.

This program follows and 8-week duration building a sound base at the beginning of the program to being able to peak going into a competition.

1 on 1 Training

What's involved:

Private training environment in our facility located on the Sunshine Coast to ensure that we are 100% on track throughout the season. This includes weekly training programs outside of our face to face sessions.

Group Training

What's involved:

Tuesday and Thursday night, we hold a group strength and conditioning session at a small fee. This is perfect for those that are currently training and want extra guided sessions with the encouragement of like-minded individuals.

Groups are capped to ensure everyone is held accountable and monitored to achieve maximum results. These sessions can also be modified to add a competitive spin to training if the group is that way inclined. We cannot progress if we do not push ourselves beyond what we are capable.
