What does it involve?
Our new affordable online training builds the perfect bridge from being mindlessly meandering around the gym to building a structured program similar our elite athletes. This program rolls over weekly and like our customisable programs follows similar cycling. This program isn’t just for athletes and is suitable for day to day gym goers wanting better results.
- This program incorporates sessions of upper and lower mobility, strength and cardiovascular training. Each week is set out with estimated time frames and guidelines to strive for when completing.
- While this program doesn’t have definitive start and end dates there is incremental testing weeks which sync to your profile, allowing us to easily adjust and monitor training loads to avoid fatigue and burnout
